Minority Vendor Directory
The following directory is provided in an Excel format to assist University Department's
in locating Certified Minority Vendors or EDGE Vendors that are certifed by the State of Ohio.
This directory is updated monthly with data provided by the State of Ohio's Equal Opportunity Division for the current Fiscal Year period. For more current information about CMV or EDGE Vendors, refer to the State of Ohio Equal Opportunity Division (EOD).
For more efficient use of the directory to locate vendors that can provide the goods and services you need, refer to the following steps:
- Save the Directory to your desktop by selecting File - Save As
- Determine how you want to search for a vendor (i.e. vendor name, geographical area or by the scope of goods/services provided)
- To search for a key word(s) (i.e. catering), select the related column and perform an Edit - Find function.
| *Note: CMV or EDGE Certification status varies by vendor and thus may result in varying expiration dates. However, as long as a vendor's certification falls within the current fiscal year reporting period (7/1/07-6/30/08), a minority reporting credit will apply for all purchases made during that fiscal year to that particular vendor (i.e. ABC Company's certification expires 7/3/07...all subsequent purchases made during that fiscal year are eligible for minority credit). |
