Minority Reporting Information
In response to the continuing interest and support of The Ohio State
University's Minority Business Program, the Purchasing Department offers
2 reporting tools through eReports
Portal to help departments/colleges review specific State-Certified
Minority Vendor purchasing detail:
- Minority Vendor Reports
- Historical Minority Vendor Reports (for FY2004 and earlier)
See the eReports Assist Page (Financials eReporting) for assistance in running your area's Minority Vendor Reports. This tool has been developed
to aid departments and/or colleges with the independent calculation of
their own area's minority purchase percentage for a designated period
of time.
Reports are calculated cumulatively and are inclusive of data from the
start of the current fiscal year (1st quarter) through the current fiscal
year quarter.

(e.g. sole source, emergency or economic conditions, resale, etc.) and
State and University excluded categories (e.g. utilities, maintenance
